Error when parsing a database of 40000 sgf files

Description

Version used : Kombilo 0.5m System : Linux Mandriva 2007 32bits on PC with intel Core 2 duo T7300, 2Gb memory File system ext3 Python version 2.5

Bug : 40000 sgf files all in the same directory. Add DB in Kombilo : the files are parsed. At the end of the parse, a popup appears : A fatal error occured when processing [path of the directory]. Please send a bug report.

There are no error messages in the shell console where I launched Kombilo.
